By using hvid.studio (the "Site") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. Services are provided under a separate written proposal and agreement; these terms cover the Site only.

Use of the Site
The Site presents Hvid Marketing’s work and services and lets you register for the grand opening or contact us. You may use it for lawful purposes only. Do not interfere with the Site, scrape it automatically, or submit false or abusive information through the forms.
Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including text, design, logos, photographs and films, belongs to Hvid Marketing or is used with permission, and is protected by Israeli and international copyright law. Nothing may be copied, published, distributed or used commercially without written consent. Photographs of people are shown with the consent of the producers who commissioned them.
Registration and offers
Registering for the grand opening places you on our list for opening-related messages and an opening offer. It does not create a client relationship, and offers are subject to availability and to a written proposal. You can leave the list at any time by replying to any message or writing to us.
No warranty
The Site is provided as is. We make reasonable efforts to keep it accurate and online but give no warranty that it is error-free, uninterrupted or fit for a particular purpose. Information on the Site is general and is not advice for your specific situation.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Hvid Marketing is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Site or reliance on its content. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Israeli law.
Third-party services and links
The Site uses Vercel for hosting, Notion for the registration form and WhatsApp for messaging. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, which apply when you use them. Links to other sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.
Privacy
How we handle personal information is described in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version; continued use of the Site after a change means you accept it.
Law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to the Site.
