Privacy policy

Last updated: 13 October 2026

This policy explains what personal information we collect on hvid.studio, why, who it is shared with and what your rights are under the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, including Amendment 13.

Who is responsible

Benjamin Hvidbjerg Asaraf, trading as Hvid Marketing (Hebrew: לבן שיווק), an independent business registered in Israel, Tel Aviv. We are the "controller" of the information collected on the Site.

Email: benn@hvid.studio · Phone / WhatsApp: +972 53-274-3027.

What we collect and why

Grand-opening registration: your name, email address, phone number and, if you choose, an Instagram or website address. Purpose: to confirm your registration, invite you to the opening, and send you opening-related news and an opening offer. Providing this information is voluntary and based on your consent; there is no legal duty to give it, but without it we cannot register you.

WhatsApp and email: when you write to us, we keep the conversation to answer you and to follow up on a possible engagement.

Technical data: our hosting provider (Vercel) processes IP addresses and request logs for security and to serve the Site. We do not use these to identify you.

We do not collect information about children knowingly; the Site is intended for businesses.

Cookies and local storage

The Site sets no cookies. Your language choice and accessibility settings are kept in your browser’s local storage only and are never sent to us. If we add visitor statistics in future, we will use a cookie-free tool and update this policy.

Who sees your information

Only Benjamin Hvidbjerg Asaraf and, where needed, a bookkeeper or assistant bound by confidentiality.

Service providers that store or transmit it on our behalf: Notion Labs, Inc. (registration form and client records, USA), Vercel Inc. (hosting, USA and EU edge), Google LLC (email, USA), Namecheap, Inc. (email forwarding, USA) and Meta Platforms (WhatsApp). Some of these are outside Israel, in countries whose protection may differ; they are leading providers with contractual and technical safeguards, and we share only what the service needs.

We do not sell or rent personal information and do not share it with advertisers.

Marketing messages

Registering for the opening is your consent, under section 30A of the Communications Law, to receive opening-related messages by email, SMS or WhatsApp. Every message tells you how to stop, and you can withdraw consent at any time by replying "stop" or writing to benn@hvid.studio.

How long we keep it

Registration details are kept until the opening campaign ends and for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete them earlier or we are required to keep records by law (for example invoices).

Security

Information is stored with providers that encrypt data in transit and at rest, behind two-factor authentication, with access limited to the people named above. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you, we will tell you as the law requires.

Your rights

You may ask to see the information we hold about you (section 13 of the Protection of Privacy Law), to correct or delete it (section 14), to stop receiving marketing messages, and to withdraw consent. Write to benn@hvid.studio; we answer within 30 days. You may also complain to the Privacy Protection Authority.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the current version.
